SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Please refer our Shipping and Delivery Policy Page provided on our site. You agree and understands that the Crakid shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for
- Delivery of the Product(s) at a wrong address furnished by you;
- Any loss and/or damage to you due to incorrect, incomplete and/or false information furnished by you; or any deficiency in payment of consideration payable towards the Product(s) purchased on the site.
CANCELLATION
If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can email us to our customer support team on care@crakid.com. In such case, the order will be cancelled and we will initiate the refund within 24-48 business hours after.
Cancellation request is not accepted once the order once the order is dispatched from our warehouse.
REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
All our shipments go through levels of different quality check process before they leave our warehouse. The case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement. Our products cannot be returned or exchange except you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or has been sent a wrong product. Products can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase with their original receipt and tags.
For replacement request, please contact our Customer Support team via email @ care@crakid.com with in 7 days of receiving the order with your order ID details and request to replace the defective/wrong items in your order. Kindly sent an image of product and the invoice for our reference.
Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will replace the product or refund your money within 24-48 business hours.
We will initiate the replacement process only, if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and intact.
If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In case that a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount to the source account.
Returns or replacement will not be accepted under the following conditions :
- Change of mind after use,
- Product slightly used or altered
- Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
- Returned without original packaging tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if it is damaged
- Serial Number tampered
- If is initiated after 7 business days of order delivery
TERMINATION
Crakid reserver the right to terminate your membership and to refrain from fulfilling any further orders and to suspend or terminate your access to the site immediately and without notice to you, if you fail to make payment to us when due, or you breach any of these Conditions; or when requested by us to do so, you fail to provide within a reasonable time, enough information to enable us to check the accuracy and validity of any information supplied by you, or your identity or we suspect you have engaged, or are about to engage, or are connected to or otherwise have way of being involved in fraudulent or illegal activity on Crakid.
