REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
All our shipments go through levels of different quality check process before they leave our warehouse. The case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement. Our products cannot be returned or exchange except you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or has been sent a wrong product. Products can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase with their original receipt and tags.
For replacement request, please contact our Customer Support team via email @ email@example.com with in 7 days of receiving the order with your order ID details and request to replace the defective/wrong items in your order. Kindly sent an image of product and the invoice for our reference.
Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will replace the product or refund your money within 24-48 business hours.
We will initiate the replacement process only, if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and intact.
If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In case that a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount to the source account.
Returns or replacement will not be accepted under the following conditions :
- Change of mind after use,
- Product slightly used or altered
- Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
- Returned without original packaging tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if it is damaged
- Serial Number tampered
- If is initiated after 7 business days of order delivery
If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can email us to our customer support team on firstname.lastname@example.org. In such case, the order will be cancelled and we will initiate the refund within 24-48 business hours after.
Cancellation request is not accepted once the order once the order is dispatched from our warehouse.
